At Haircome, we aim to deliver your Hair Soap safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected Indian pin codes.

A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pune through our trusted courier partners.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow:

For domestic orders (within India): 5 to 14 business days for delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

All shipments require a signature at the time of delivery.

If you are not available to receive the package, you may authorize a family member, neighbor, or colleague to accept it on your behalf.

Haircome will not be responsible for packages signed and accepted by an alternative person.

If you receive a damaged package or notice any shortage, you must inform our customer support team on the same day of delivery.

Claims made after the delivery day may not be accepted.
