Refund Policy

At Haircome, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product has a manufacturing or physical defect

  • An incorrect product was delivered

To request a return, you must send an email with a clear unboxing video and images of the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated time.

2. Return Request Timeline

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing to:

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The seal of the product has been broken

  • The product packaging is damaged by the customer

  • The serial number (if applicable) has been tampered with

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and validate the claim.

If approved, a replacement will be issued.
If found ineligible, the product will be couriered back to you.

4. Refund Process

For Online Payments

If you paid via debit card, credit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days after approval.

For COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after approval.

5. Product Damage Clarification

If there is:

  • Leakage

  • Spillage

  • Breakage of the container

We will replace the product.

However, refunds or returns will NOT be processed for:

  • Minor dents

  • Scratches

  • Outer box damage (without product damage inside)

6. Ingredient & Allergy Disclaimer

Haircome is not responsible for any individual reaction to specific ingredients.

Each product page includes a complete ingredient list. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should carefully review the ingredients before purchase.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
